5 Stars! I recently visited the KFC in Louth and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant atmosphere. What stood out even more was the speed of service - I barely had to wait at all before my order was ready. It's great to see a fast-food restaurant that lives up to its name! If you're in Louth and craving some KFC, I highly recommend this branch for its excellent service and friendly staff.

Went yesterday and ordered some food. The chicken on the zinger burger was small, I got the wrong side. The staff in were rude and I could hear someone slating customers to kitchen staff.

Staff are always polite and helpful. Food is as expected,mostly. The place is usually clean and tidy, but it's always so cold in there that it's uncomfortable and I have yet to have chips which aren't cold.

It's always the same when you get what you ask for it's nice but 9 out of 10 you get what you don't want I've tried louth grimsby cleethorpes skegness all say company policies you can't have 2 breasts on the bone or you can't have any at all now skegness and louth you have to order from screens and it only gives options to order 1 piece or 2 pieces of chicken so you can't ask what piece you would like so I asked for 2 breaststroke at counter after ordering 2 pieces no breaststroke available got 2 thighs in skegness and other day in louth got 1 breasts and one very small drumstick they won't cook and sell what you want it puts me off going regular very disappointing

Twice bought food around 8pm.on Friday nights. I live less than a mile away yet despite a quick drive home chips were cold and inedible. I suspect that evenings are quiet and chips are not cooked to order but are waiting for a customer. Very poor experience

Nice and clean place. Food was served hot and fresh. Staff were polite and friendly. Toilets were clean and well maintained. There was not a wait to use self order screen. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Will definitely be visiting again

Went in around 16:45 on a Friday. Was fairly quiet. The place was very clean, including the toilets. Ordering food was easy and food got to us extremely quickly. The food itself was nice with absolutely nothing to complain about. Most importantly the staff were lovely, even offering to take our trays.
Maybe during peak times the quality might differ, however this is a lovely place which gave me absolutely nothing to complain about.

Ordered on app got to window was given the drinks. Asked to wait for new fries to be cooked. 15-20 minutes later they bring the order only to get it home. Went to dish it out and I had no fries and the tower fillet burger was burnt through. Phoned them up and asked if I could go back. Obviously not I told them so I was given a code for the next time I go back and they will give me 4 extra fries and a popcorn chicken to say sorry but I only get a bucket for the kids so why would I want 4 extra fries on top of the fries you get with the bucket. I’m very disappointed in KFC!!!

food was greasy hard and under cooked went with 2 of my friends and an hour after eating it we all fell ill it was because of the food

The best KFC I've ever had! It was freshly cooked, piping hot and served with a smile. Deserves 5 stars!!!

Too long to wait to be served and waiting for order as drive through and takeaway seem to be served first even before asking walk in customers what they want. Staff don't seem to know how to serve promptly or work as a team. Kept looking in bag waiting away then coming back to look again. Definitely need training on customer service
